压烫参考Working process

1、温度150—160度  Suitable temperature between 150-160 C

2、时间15-20秒   Required time 15-20 Seconds

3、压力中等（3—4公斤）Medium pressure(3—4KG）

4、冷撕：自然冷却后撕掉转印纸。After it gets cool, peel the film

压烫注意：

1、建议压烫机发热板用浅色汗布包起来，使发热板发热更均匀。

We suggest use light color jersey fabric to cover the heating board, which can make the temperature more uniform.

2、压烫参考数据随面料、压烫机和工作环境的不同而改变。

Parameter of printing should be adjusted according to the fabric, the thermo printing and the working condition.

3、大货生产前务必调试好机器，牢度，弹性等各项性能达到所有要求后方可生产大货，以免造成不必要的损失。

Before the bulk making, must adjust the machine to meet all re, in that case any losses can be avoided.

4、压烫时熨斗请勿接触印花部位。

The iron can’t touch the printing when make the after finishing.

5、压烫后如要进行任何测试，请先放36小时，36小时内不可进行任何测试。

Any test should be taken 36 hours later after the print is pressed.

存放注意：

1、室温之下10—35度  Under the room temperature between 10—35C.

2、不要将转印纸暴露于热力和阳光下 The transfer paper can't be exposed to the sun or any heater.

3、防潮，相对湿度不要高于70%  Keep away from Moisture, relative humidity should below 70%

4、避免转印纸存放于多层的环境，以免粘坏，空气要流通。

Don’t pile up the transfer paper so high to avoid sticking together, maintain good air circulation.

5、请尽快将烫唛用于衣服上，保存时间不可多余2个月。Please transfer the labels ASAP. Don’t keep it more than 2 months!
